About Us

Founded in 2003, the Big Sioux Brewing Society is a community of passionate craft beer homebrewers based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We're dedicated to the art and science of fermentation, with a primary focus on crafting exceptional beers. But our members' creativity doesn't stop at beer - we also experiment with fermenting a wide range of other delights: 

We meet the third Tuesday (Brews-day) of each month. Be sure to check out our event calendar for the location, or an occasional change of schedule, as well as for other events. These meetings are intended for anyone that has an interest in the brewing process: from beginners to advanced brewers; even if you have never brewed a batch and just want to know more about the process... all are welcome!
